Refund policy

Thank you for choosing CertPrep USA. We sell digital PDF exam preparation materials that are delivered electronically after checkout.

Because our products are digital downloads, our refund policy is different from a physical-product return policy.

Digital Product Policy

All CertPrep USA products are digital PDF products. No physical item is shipped.

Once a digital product has been accessed, downloaded, emailed, or made available to the customer, the sale is final and non-refundable.

By purchasing from CertPrep USA, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The product is digital

  • The product is delivered electronically

  • No physical product will be shipped

  • Digital files cannot be returned

  • All sales are final once digital access has been provided

No Refunds After Download or Access

We do not offer refunds after:

  • The file has been downloaded

  • The file has been accessed

  • The file has been emailed

  • The download link has been provided

  • The order has been fulfilled digitally

  • The customer has received access to the material

This policy exists because digital products cannot be physically returned once delivered.

Before You Buy

Please carefully review the product title, description, collection, exam category, and checkout details before purchasing.

Each product page explains:

  • The exam category

  • What is included

  • That the material is PDF format

  • That the package includes 1000+ questions and answers

  • That access is provided after checkout

  • That the material is independent study material only

Wrong Product Purchases

If you purchased the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at [support@certprepusa.com].

If the file has not been accessed, downloaded, emailed, or made available, we may review the request and decide whether an exchange or store credit is appropriate.

Once digital access has been provided, we cannot guarantee a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Duplicate Orders

If you accidentally purchased the exact same product more than once, contact us at [support@certprepusa.com]. We may review duplicate-order refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Download Problems

If you experience a technical issue with your download, contact us with your order number. We will make reasonable efforts to help you access the file you purchased.

Download issues do not automatically qualify for a refund. In most cases, we will resend the file, provide a new download link, or help troubleshoot the issue.

File Issues

If you believe a file is missing, corrupted, or inaccessible, contact us at [support@certprepusa.com]. If we confirm a technical issue, we will attempt to correct it by replacing or resending the file.

No Pass Guarantee

CertPrep USA does not guarantee that you will pass any exam, receive any license, receive any certification, obtain employment, increase income, or meet any licensing requirement.

Exam results depend on many factors, including your knowledge, experience, preparation, exam version, official requirements, and performance on exam day.

No Refunds Based on Exam Results

We do not provide refunds because:

  • You did not pass your exam

  • You did not use the material

  • You changed your mind

  • You no longer need the product

  • You purchased the wrong product after receiving access

  • You expected an official exam

  • You expected a physical book

  • You expected certification or licensing approval

  • Your licensing board changed its requirements

  • Your exam was rescheduled, canceled, or changed

  • You did not read the product description before purchasing

Independent Study Material

CertPrep USA products are independent exam preparation materials. They are not official exams, official study guides, licensing applications, certification courses, or government-approved training programs.
