What does CertPrep USA sell?
CertPrep USA sells digital PDF practice exam packages for U.S. licensing exams, contractor exams, and national certification exams.
Each package includes 1000+ multiple-choice questions and answers designed to help candidates study and prepare more effectively.
Are these physical books?
No. All products are digital PDF downloads. Nothing is shipped by mail.
How do I receive my files?
After checkout, your files will be delivered digitally. You may receive access through the order confirmation page and/or a download email.
Can I download the files immediately?
Yes. Products are designed for instant digital access after checkout.
What format are the files?
The files are provided in PDF format. PDF files can usually be opened on computers, tablets, and smartphones.
What is included in each package?
Each package includes 1000+ questions and answers. Some products may also include answer sheets, study sections, or additional supporting PDF files depending on the package.
Are these official exams?
No. CertPrep USA materials are independent study resources. They are not official exams and are not affiliated with any state licensing board, government agency, testing provider, or certification organization.
Will this guarantee that I pass my exam?
No. We do not guarantee exam results, passing scores, licensing approval, certification approval, employment, or income outcomes. Your results depend on your preparation, experience, knowledge, exam version, licensing requirements, and other factors outside our control.

Are your products affiliated with OSHA, EPA, ASE, AWS, NCCCO, NICET, NABCEP, ICC, PSI, Pearson VUE, Prometric, CSLB, DBPR, TDLR, or any state board?
No. CertPrep USA is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by any of those organizations or any licensing/testing organization.
Can I print the PDF files?
Yes, you may print the files for your own personal study use, unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, resell, upload, share, distribute, or reproduce the materials for others.
Can I share the files with a coworker, classmate, or employee?
No. Each purchase is for one customer’s personal study use only. Sharing, reselling, distributing, or uploading the files is not allowed.
Do you offer refunds?
Because our products are digital PDF files delivered after checkout, all sales are final once files have been accessed, downloaded, emailed, or made available. Please review our Refund Policy before purchasing.
What if I purchased the wrong product?
Contact us as soon as possible. If the file has not been accessed, downloaded, emailed, or made available, we may review the situation and decide whether an exchange or store credit is appropriate. We do not guarantee exchanges after digital access has been provided.
What if my download link does not work?
Contact us at [support@certprepusa.com] with your order number. We will help troubleshoot the issue and resend access when appropriate.
Do I need special software?
You need a device that can open PDF files. Most modern computers, tablets, and smartphones can open PDFs by default.
Do your materials replace official code books, manuals, classes, or required training?
No. Our materials are supplemental study resources only. Some exams require official code books, handbooks, classes, practical testing, or board-approved training. Always verify current requirements with the official licensing board or certification organization.
Do you update the materials?
We aim to keep materials useful and relevant, but exam requirements, laws, codes, and testing outlines may change. Customers are responsible for verifying current official exam requirements before testing.
